I cannot get avatar uploaded from the profile. it says must meet 120 kilo bites.I even use the smallest avatar and it doesnt work.What gives?

Basic Conf. --> Permissions --> set them:

Max Avatar File Size(s):
User can't upload oversize avatar, leave 0 for no limit.
  
Max Avatar Size(Pixel):
The uploaded avatar will be resized according to this value.
