How do you change a Member into a Super Moderator?

this is probably the wrong thread to ask this question but it was the only one available,
i was wondering how do you change a standard member into a super moderator?

Any Suggestions please comment back.

Admin's CP --> users --> Edit Member --> User name(wildchar "*" supported): (fill in the member's name )

-->click "Search Memeber" --> click [User Group] in --> then choose the Super Moderator.
