Headers,footers,

On headres it woukld be great to put hmlt codes for backrounds or tagboards[shoutboxes] and footers the same as headers.

i think he is trying to say header means to put html or script codes on top, whereas footer means putting codes on bottom, it will be a good for shoutbox

on header (under the Top menu), you can put html in here :
Admin's CP --> Forums --> Edit Forum --> the first forum --> [edit] --> Forum Description:[html you want to put in ]
