Limited Imports of Skins?

I have been trying to import new skins from the "styles" section from the forum~but it says: "style limit ten"
but then I have over 30 original skins (skins that were already there when I started the forum) and only 1 new skin I just added today....
But when I try to add more, it won't let me....
Do I have to delete the other skins to add more new ones?

sorry. yes. u need to delete some skins that you dont like.
