Why does my forum mess up when you view it through Firefox, Mozilla, etc.?

My forum only seem like it's compatible when using Internet Explorer......
My users have been complaining about the whole layout looking messed up when they use firefox, etc.
Is there a reason to this?

I think if your forum logo's height is less than 88pix, then your forum will looks fine when using FF.
