I don't know where is the place that stores icon image when we add a new code in Admin's CP.

the icon not store in the admin site, but u need to add as attachment files in your post, then copy the link of the icon u upload, and paste to the icon url link.
You can refer to the post of " hide icon function" ,previous post.
