Warning System

Hey could you try and make a warning system method like IPB Forums
this would be great feature to warn members rather than banning them or soory if its already there

its like an infraction
near edit or report, button available for mods
by clicking them we can send a author a infraction
5 infractions = bann
every infraction expires in 20 days
