How to set avatar size?

Is there any way by which I can set for Maximum avatar size??

Size means the height and width of the avatar, like 150*150 or so.

Its says something like Max Avatar Size(Pixel):
Do I have to enter it in the form of height*width ??

But when I entered 130*130, afterwards it was automatically changed to 130

Plz tell me.

The max avatar size is in square format, let me give u an exp:
Max avatar size: 100 => Max avatar size is 100*100
User can use avatar x*100 and 100*y if x,y =< 100
If user upload picture bigger than this size, the picture will be autoresized
OK, sure now?
