another problem...access to my forum~

i have a friend who wanted to join my forum..
but then she cant get onto my website?
what's the problem with this?
she's in hk by the way...

what did she see when try to connect ur site?

You must give us more detail unless we can't help you out of this kind of problems. They may be caused by ISP, browser, DNS, ...etc. Anyway she should take a test with another computer (same ISP) to see if it's ok.

i'm not sure with this~
but i let her try if she can get onto this support forum~~
but she cant get in as well~~

ps:she told me that she did get onto my forum a while a go~

she told told me that it shows CANNOT FIND THE SERVER~~
when she is trying to go onto my website~~
my website is shonen.forumgogo.com btw~~
hope this prob can be solved asap~~

try to don't write "www" if you type url example : shonen.forumgogo.com , i have same problem with you before...

Use 203.186.54.109 and if her browser can't find it, then this is ISP's problem.

(Sometime it's proxy problem, too. Besure she config her firewall rite.)
