I think it will be a general talking section (somewhat like a mix - mess )

bt.  first,  we need the ideas in detail;
      second, we need the Mods to make the Forums up, as threads and etc..

If u want to be the Forums Mods, and have the good idea, make sure you have the time to post, find the material, pics. Just contact me.

so far i think there can be forums for 1) smileys 2) logos 3) frames 4) plain materials (chinese call it 素材) 5) style

and we should have professionals in using photoshop, ulead etc associated with these...

i can only make simple simple ones....like the logos and banners in my own forum...

i'm using ulead gif animator..

i'm still a beginner tho...those you see in my forum are my firstS............haha...

but i'm willing to help until the pros are here..

i'm more willing to learn than teach..
