Make support forum as a chatting forum?

What do you guys thinks about that?? supporting other to run on their own forum and at the same time make this forum as chatting forum too.. share everything in here.

Could that be?

Great idea, this is a good way to take our members back. They all thought support forum only use for supporting, then they only come when meet problems . It's time to change this!
