Help! My thread has been deleted!

Hi there, can you please help me. I've deleted a very important thread and my recycle bin was not
activated at the time. I really need it back.

Admin CP. - Forums - choose forums - [edit] - Recycle Bin: yes.

then you can find the deleted threads in Admin CP. - Posts - Manage Posts - Recycle bin.
