how can i link change with other Text?

how can i link change with other Text?
4example: www.forumgogo.com and i want hide this link with Text WELCOME TO MY SITE or with logo or avatar??
i mean if i press to WELCOME TO MY SITE then the members get link automatic
please help thanks
