1.
upload the picture to forum(

2.click the picture on the right button ,find the
properties fine,click it ,
then you can see the
URL of the picture ,
copy this URL
3.click the
Admin's CP , login ,
Top menu :
FORUMS-->
left menu-->
Skins-->
Skins-->click in-->Detail-->
find Forum Logo {BOARDIMG},{BOARDLOGO}: in this textboard input the URL that you have copied,
submit then .
4.back to the forum’s front page,
refresh it .then you can see your own picture is on the top of the forum.
