Can we include Thanx...

Heyy Ann can we include a thanx button in the post like in vbulletin communities.....it wil be really nice...rating can only be given by staff members not normal members....

go on :Admin CP,Posts,Edit Smilies
and add this in Smilies Filename and add also Smilies Code what u like or try this thankssss
