Making PM's open in same window?

I was curious if there was away to make PM's and other links open in the same window? It gets tired and annoying for 100 different windows opend...

i think this feature appears in discuz version 6.0~~
the one forumgogo is using is discuz version 5.0~~
so i dont think they have it~~

discuz 6.0 is also open the links in the new windows.
