Help me out~~

I having a problem.. I just download a program and I do know what's that (mayb im stupid =D).

Something that just like google search or something that used to search, named "mywebsearch" but I feel that I was irritate me~~ it just block me to upload a picture and block me when Im was using google seach, and I want to remove it but sadly it can't be delete or remove.. Can any pro teach me how?

restart the computer in safe mode

thn open control pannel
remove frm there
