Changing the forum Markers

I was curious, is there away I can change my forum markers? I am making a skin bassed off the VBB style, I am just adding the right color markers in. Anyway I can do this?

what do you means of the ' markers' ?

Here is my forum http://facesofppd.forumgogo.com/index.php see the blue icons next to the forums? They look like bulletin boards. Those are markers, or thats what I am use to calling them lol...
