Go on:- Users - choose one User Group - [Detail]: Use Custom Code: yes.
if not wrk try this
Admin CP. --> Posts (on the Top menu) --> Code (left)--> Add New: Youtube bb_youtube.gif
submit --> click on the youtube Available , submit --> then edit [detail]
at Replacement put this code:

--> Variable Num: 1

submit .ok now
Set the user group' s permission to put youtube in threads .eg ,Newbie :
Admin's CP --> Users --> User Group --> newbie --> edit [detail] -->
Use Custom Code: choose yes .
submit.
