How do I increase the Avatar so i can place my entire avatar up not just half of it?

first go on your forum and seclect the member, 4xample ADMIN,
Press ADMIN ;now u hav Profile of Admin press [ Edit ]  ,now u enter
Admin CP.,go on [Detail], at Avatar Width(Pixel): add 100,
Avatar Height(Pixel): add 120
or add what u want
