PLEASE! How can I recover a deleted thread?

I've did such a huge mistake... :'(  I was deleting a reply but instead I've deleted all the thread... I know it's crazy but I did... And now ONE HUNDRED AND SIX PAGES of my life have been erased forever from the web, and I had the recycle bin not activated so I know I cannot restore it.
Isn't there really something I can do? I still have on another window the last page opened, but of course I cannot do anything because everytime I try to do something I just find the writing
"Specified thread does not exist or has been deleted."

I really BEG for forumgogo's creators help... isn't there a backup or something like this in your servers? Can't I at least find a copy of yesterday's thread or something like that? Please, it's very important.
My forum is "brazzy.forumgogo.com", the deleted thread is called "mata Nippon de!!" inside "here we go!" section.

u must ur "Recycle Bin" Enable,then u can restore ur thread,pls check ur thread r Enable "Recycle Bin" or not
how can check:Admin CP.-Forums,choose wich ur forum is,go on EDIT-
Enable "Recycle Bin" YES or NO
if ur thread disable then 4get ur thread,we cant help u

NOW, AFTER that I deleted it, I've activated the recycle bin. Could this change something? There is really no copy of my thread somewhere?
Now the recycle bin is activated, but there is nothing inside of course, as I activated it after I deleted.
