Unable to change Acct. Verif. Setting

For some reason the account verification setting for my forum keeps defaulting to manual.  I would prefer it just to verify the e-mail address.  

I click on the "[i]e-mail verify[/i]" button next to [b]Account Creation Verify [/b]and hit submit, yet it seems to continuously revert back to manual.  Please help.

As far as I remember... the function is still not working...

So you should either...

- verify by hand (lots of work to do)
- disable the verification process (not use it at all)
