Can I have the same thread in different sections?

I have a question, can I make a thread, and make it appear in like, 5 different sections, but when you click them, they all end up in this one specific section?

For example, I want to make an announcement, I'll call it [b]Announcement A.[/b]

So I want to make [b]Announcement A's [/b]main location at the "FRQ Section", but I also want [b]Announcement A[/b] to appear in #1 Section & #2 Section & #3 Section & #4 Section.

And I want it to be that, when I visit #1 Section or #2 Section or #3 Section or #4 Section, and click on [b]Announcement A[/b], it will  automically directed to the "FRQ Section" 's [b]Announcement A[/b].

I see some forums that did this, can I do it too?[/size]

yes, of course u can.

1st,  post Announcement A in "FRQ Section"
2nd, In the THread Option, choose the Stick Thread to Stick this thread, then choose Stick 3 section.
3rd,  submit

ok now

If choose Stick 1, then that thread just display in that section.

If choose Stick 2, then it will be displayed in the Category which the threads post in.

If choose Stick 3, then it will be displayed in all of the Categories.
