wanna cry......probs again..........................
some of my members are experiencing difficulties in posting threads...........or even reply...
as in unable to post at all...can anyone pls tell me why is this happening?
and if there is any solution to this?

all 'newbies'..........
some can post and some dont..
altho the don'ts are rare............
still..

whereas..one other member cherie cant post anywhere other than the 提问区 at my forum..:Q
i have another newbie account at my forum to test..
and it works perfectly for mine..but dunno what's the problem with cherie's..:L
