Shout Box

1- I wana know how to add shout box or chat room in the forum as i have seen in few forums there is shout box
2- Can i replace forum gogo banner with my own
3- How many total number of threads/posts are allowed in free forum gogo service is there any restrictions?
4- How can i award madels to the users and can i set more than 1 admin for my forum
5- can i have live support for my forum too if yes then how

please answer the above question as i wants to launch my forum soon
