how do we create tables in our posts

e.g. [url=http://support.forumgogo.com/thread-172-1-1.html]http://support.forumgogo.com/thread-172-1-1.html[/url]

1. Follow the Steps below
    [list]
[*][attach]566[/attach][*][attach]567[/attach][/list]


2. Create the Tables in "[b]Microsoft Office Word[/b]"

    then copy the tables to threads in "[b]WYSIWYG[/b]" Mode

   Submit.
