Skin Interface Value

Ann dear, I read "The directory of the skins interface", but I found some values not listed there, can you tell me more?:)
{TEXT}
{INNERBORDERWIDTH}
{INNERBORDERCOLOR}
{CATCOLOR}
{CATBORDER}

And If I want to add new value, it requires php script?:o

{INNERBORDERCOLOR}, i changed the color bt no changes. so leave it away.
