Can't change Credits Related-Allow Rating Post

I can't change Credits Related-Allow Rating Post.
I do select credit to use as rate.
But I don't what I do wrong.
It express "Invalid Rate Setting".

the users' rating is been limited by that opion.

if you set 500 then means he just can rate 500 credits one day.
