Online Time upgrade counter?

hi all, im a bit new but im having trouble...i cant find out how to change the online time counter to the appropriate time of 50 hours, right now its at 20 hours which isnt what it upgrades at...is there a way to change this that im just blindly missing? thanks in advance :)

1. Member's CP - Edit Profile - Time Offset - here, you can see the detail of the GMT.
2. Admin CP. - Basic Conf. - Misc - Time Offset: put in the GMT of your location. (eg: -6)

is what im trying to change....the counter runs at 20 hours for upgrade and runs down to 0 then starts over at 20

but the actual upgrade happens every 50 hours, not 20 like the counter says...i just cant seem to find the way to change it

as far as i know it cant be changed..
