Solve the problems with some video hosting (like Youtube)

I can see that some others (not just Marathi) meet the problems when try to embed the video posted in some video hosting, sharing service.
I hope this post can solve all once. :lol

( some video hosting services don't allow you use their direct link, so they use some method to change the link EACH TIME SOME ONE VIEW. )

Do things below and all solve:
1st: Go to your Admin CP ==> Posts ==> Code ==> *Add new tag as here*
tag name: embed
icon file: use what you want (or the one I attached here)
mark as available to use!  =>

Then, edit the code (press Detail), put this code in the "Replacement" :

<param name="AutoStart" value="0">
<param name="rate" value="1">
<param name="movie" value="{1}">
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
<param name="volume" value="100">
<embed src="{1}" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="500" height="400"></embed>
</object>[/code]

Give it an example, an explanation (such as: embed, ...etc)
[b]Variable Num: 1
[/b][b]Nest Num: 1

Usage: Very easy, just go to the video hosting site, select the video you want, look for the embed code (or html code) that provided by the web (usally for blog users). There will be something like data="xyz" or src="xyz" or value="xyz" etc. Copy the xyz ( no " " needed ) put them into the new tag in your post, and you r done!!!

And now, you can use this tag to embed the video file you like, aslo the player of that hosting service. Some good things you have when use this method:
No need to host urself.
No need to worry about the player.
No need to look for new way to post if video files on other hosting. This works with all!

First problem ...

I cant make new code...
I type new name and attack image.. but when I click on submit that show "Invalid Tag."

What wrong ??

Ok, follow this step by step help:
1st: Go to your Admin CP.
2nd: Click on "Posts"
3rd: Click on "Code" and you will see like this:

Area No.1: type tag name: flv
Area No.2: type bb_qq.gif        (fortest purpose only, you can change it to your icon later, but recommend you doas what I’m telling you now.
Area No.3: Uncheck that.
Then click “Submit”

And you will see like this:

Area No.4: Check that.
Click “Submit” again.

When you see this:

Area No.5: Click “[Detail]” you will see this:

Area No.6: Copy my code and paste to there (Be careful,don’t miss any character or nothing works)
Area No.7: type an example, I typed “[flv]Your Link Here[/flv]
Area No.8: type an explanation; I typed “Embed All To YourPosts!”
Area No.9: Default value, 1 to all.  

When done, press “Submit”. Ok, you r now ready to use thetag.
To test this, go to your forum and create a new post:
Picture [5]
Press on the qq and you will have the tag inserted. Replace“Your Link Here” with the movie link you like. (Be careful, don’t leave blankcharacters in that, ex: [flv] [url=http://xyz/]http://xyz[/url] [/flv] =>must be [flv]http://xyz[/flv])
That’s ALL!!!

An example when I get link from [url=http://media.putfile.com/Jab-We-Met-2]http://media.putfile.com/Jab-We-Met-2[/url](Go to the site you want to get link)
Press on “[url=http://media.putfile.com/code.php?n=Jab-We-Met-2]Embed Code[/url]” and youwill see a lot of codes shown. Look in them and you will see the line containthis: [url=http://feat.putfile.com/flow/putfile.swf?videoFile=Jab-We-Met-2]http://feat.putfile.com/flow/putfile.swf?videoFile=Jab-We-Met-2[/url]  <= Here is what you need! Replace to yourpost and you r done! See my result here:

PS: You can use it with FLASH (.swf) Window Media Audio/Video (.wmv and .wma)

:L I think that your problems may be caused by following things. Check out them, if problems still not solved, ask Ann for help, this may your 4rum cofig errors, and it didn't allow create new tag.
    * Custome Code only be effective in posts/signature.

    * Only "Aloow Custom Code" is enabled, this feature is enabled.

    * If you enabled [flash]��[rm]��[wmv] etc. unsafe code, please be careful with that.

    * Only when "Custom Code" is aviable and "Icon File" was set, users can view the button of "Custom Code".

1st:

1. I think you should delete some code, it runs so slowly.. and it will make your guest wont interested in register. (just an advice  :handshake )

2. I have add the Embed code for u,check .
and dont add the wrong icon in Code section, as the online guest..

If I remove that code guest not come in my forum.. :lol

Thank for your advice :handshake, but can you tell me exactly which code I should delete? ( I'm not good at html code :L)
