Somebody tell me she can't get into my forum!!

Why? I can get in myself!

I have give them the link but they can't get in.

Anyone can tell me?

let them use the proxy and try.

How to use proxy??

what happen??

The problems may cause by ISP of them, or virus that change DNS client, cache ... etc
Do things below to make sure what problems you have:
1st. Install and use another browser.
2nd. Change your proxy (use some softs like hide id platium or things else )
3rd. Ask you ISP for help or ask someone that use the same ISP if the can show the site you can't.

If 1st ok, then your browser or your system may contain error of solving domain name. 2nd ok mean your ISP may not allow you to connect to that site, or that site not allow your IP (or IP range) to connect. 3rd ok mean that's your ISP faults.
( at 1st step you can ping to get the IP, then try with it )

for proxy, you can search on google.
