How I add flash online movie/ clip/ video in my post ?

You can rip the link by some software or web services, but if you can't I can do it for you.
The link you put between the tag must be the direct link, I think it. :lol (the link end up with the file extension)

I tested and don't recommend you to use this site's files, the link change rapidly, they change their direct link whenever the sever detect direct linking. :L
you should try another video hosting services.

there is just some softwares help you to download from this kind of sites, otherwise you can tell me which sites you use and I will find the solution for each site. (You know, each site's admin will use the different code so no software will be effective to all) :victory:

PS. for this video hosting (http://media.putfile.com) you should embed it's player into your post, because I found that is the only way your posted movie link will automatically update with their sever (otherwise you will have to update urseft, about 30seconds/time ):lol
