how to decrease the affect of online time

I don't know how to decrease the affect of online time.

Because many of my member always online, but didn't reply or say anything.

I want to let the one who always reply the thread has high credit and
the one who only saw have less credit.

Please help me to set.

now my setting is :

posts*0.05+oltime*10+pageviews/1000+extcredits1*1+extcredits2*1

if i get that, ill tell u .

and
oltime*10

increase posts
and decrese oltime

so plp who posts in forum they get more creadit and who only online they less credit.

I think the oltime shouldnt be decreased, it should be the pageviews/1000.
decrease pageviews/1000.

what is the meaning of pageviews/1000?
Is that mean view page 1000 times get 1 credit?
And what is the meaning of oltime*10?
Is that mean online 10hrs get 1 credit?

pageviews/1000 means  
If he view 1 page means 1/1000 = 0.001 credits.
If any one view 10 pages means 10/1000=0.01 credits

Me also dont understand oltime, and how that work.

maybe you can set like this, and try is it can decrease the credits if they just view the posts without post.
