Members need credit or post to view forum

How I set number of post to view forum ?? or number of credit to view forum ??

Look my forum ..

In Boollywood section I want to set number of post to view that forum .. Means member must have 15 post before viewing that forum .. Or need 15 credit to view forum ??
Can it possible ? How I do that ??

Admin's CP  - Forums - choose the forum you want - [edit] -
Perimission (No Select to default) : choose the User Groups can View, New Post, and etc ..

the Newbie is the lowest Group, and its credit is between 0-50.
and if you want, u can set this group's credit to be: 0- 15. just by change the Member's credit to be: 15 - 200
Admin CP. - Users - User Group - Member - Credits Higher Than:15

Yes I know that ..

But this work only for group not for members..

And this not work for only one member.
