Problem sending PM to all

I have checked the FAQ topic on this topic.
But, when I select the primary group and then click on News Letter Button, it asks me to login again with my password. When I login again, it takes me to the very first page of the Admin CP and therefore, I am not able to send News lettler to all.

Please solve this.
