Changing User group status

Ok all my members when they join go straight to the "Member" group instead of Newbie, which is fine, but I had to manualy put in a member because she couldn't find the register page. Well shes in the Newbie group and I want her in the Member group like the others, but I do not see the option of this. Help please :)

there's a simple way to do:  
Users - User Group - Member Group - change the name "Newbie" to "member', and change the "member" to other one.

But he mean that only 1 member didn't promote to member due to manually registered from Admin.. izit?
