How to make a Private forum?

Do you want the Guest(or some other User Groups) [b]can view that forum, but cant access in[/b]?
then do follow the steps listed below.

1.
[b]Admin CP.[/b] --> [b]Basic Conf.[/b] --> [b]Register & Access [/b]--> [b]Hide inaccessable forum:[/b] [b][color=Red][b]no[/b][/color][/b].

2.
[b]Forums[/b] --> choose the forum you want, [b][edit] [/b]--> [b]Perimission (No Select to default)[/b]: [b]click on the User Groups [/b]who have the Perimission to access that forum. --> [b]submit[/b].

I Know That
But I Wants Some Of Forum Hide Also
Means Some Are Private And Some Are Hidden

So Any Way To Make Specific Forums Hide and Private At A Same Time

that may cant ..

i was going to ask that too~~
cuz some forum are better off private i.e. hidden~~
stuff to share with closer ppl~
but some of them i want it visible but inaccessible~~
