Signing up for a forum does not work

I fill out the information and click submit and nothing happens. No messages or explanations. Failed in both Firefox and IE

I'd also like to note that there is not enough room to put my email in the "email" box so I had to make a new shorter one, but it didn't help.

maybe the username or the forum domain name you put in is repeated with the another one's.
try to use another username or forum domain name.
