Reputation

How about give reputation for each users does.
Positive reputation for good posts and negative for bad.

As old as user is registered he/she can give X of reputation point. De new users gives neutral reputation.


I hope I explain it well.

In a forum im in they have reputation, that works like you saied

exept a member needs x amount posts berfor he/she could give rep :)
and also you can only give the same person one +/- each 30th day!

it would be really cool if you guys could make somthink like that!

I'm in some foruns which have reputation... maybe that would encourage users to participate in our own foruns...
