Karma and money, which one is more important?

how to set the exchange rate?

I saw some forum has a bank to earn rate? how to make a bank?

if i want to set:
money is easier to earn and then . after member earn a lot of money,
they can change the money to karma.

then how to set the ratio?? I am so stupid about the maths :Q

Karma and money, which one is more important. I think this will depends on you, but usually the Karma is earned less than the Money.

Basic Conf. --> Credits --> Extend Policies - Here you can set how many credits will they earn when they post new threads or post replies.

Basic Conf. --> Credits --> Extend Credits Conf. - here you can set the exchange rate of the credits.

For exmaple, the rate of extcredits1 is 1.5(means 1.5 units of standard credit), the rate of extcredits2 is 3,
the rate of extcredits3 is 15, then 1 extcredits3 = 5 extcredits2 or 10 extcredits1.
Once the rate is setted, users can exchange credits in CP by themselves, leave 0 to disable this feature.
